California-based Wesco Aircraft Holdings Inc. (NYSE: WAIR) has signed a big real estate deal in North Texas, which will bring a new warehouse to the region to support the company’s growth.

The 309,357-square-foot industrial facility at 4250 Dale Earnhardt Way at Northport 35 Business Center in Northlake is expected to be complete by the third quarter of 2016. The company will move into the space upon its completion.

“The Northlake facility is a strategic, multi-commodity site that will allow us to gain further efficiency in our operations and meet our need for increased distribution capacity as we continue to grow our business,” said COO Alex Murray, in a statement.

Brad Struck and Jim Hazard of Dallas-based brokerage firm E. Smith Realty Partners represented Wesco Aircraft Holdings in the company’s real estate search.

Northport 35 Business Center is being developed by Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners. Cannon Green and Bob Hagewood are leasing the three-building, nearly 1 million-square-foot industrial park.

Struck, president of industrial services for E. Smith Realty, said the team was privileged to work with Wesco Aircraft, Northlake and Denton County on the real estate deal.
