Downtown’s Trammell Crow Center Gets a Redo and Major Addition
One of downtown Dallas’ iconic skyscrapers is getting a major makeover.
The 50-story Trammell Crow Center on Ross Avenue is among the city’s most beloved 1980s towers.
The owners of the 32-year-old post modern high-rise are about to begin substantial changes to the building — including construction of a retail, hotel and parking structure across the street.
“We are going to be making some dramatic changes to not only the interior but the exterior of the building to go with the expansion across the street,” said Ramsey March, managing director at Stream Realty Partners. “Everything below the third floor will get a refresh if not a complete replacement.
