Although the numbers are down significantly from the year prior, Houston’s top brokers still completed billions of dollars’ worth of commercial real estate deals in 2015.
Every year, the Houston Business Journal recognizes the top local commercial real estate brokers as Heavy Hitters in six sectors: office tenant, office landlord, industrial, retail, land and investment. A representative from each brokerage was asked to provide brokers’ 2015 transactional volume amount in dollars and total number of deals.
