A Message from
Fort Worth Leadership

Since opening our office in 2015, we have witnessed Fort Worth evolve into a vibrant, dynamic and relevant market on the national stage for commercial real estate.  With the explosive population growth, infrastructure improvements and other key drivers, Fort Worth has experienced a substantial amount of development in all product types:  multifamily, retail, office and industrial.  As a result, institutional capital has been pouring into our city in search of new investment opportunities, understanding the stability and diversity of our market is a place where they see value and security.

Moving forward, we anticipate a similar story to be written like we have seen over the past few years.  We continue to see large master planned housing communities pop up all over town, bringing more and more people to our community.  Demand across all product types remains strong which warrants the new development we are seeing.  As a side note while Fort Worth is a very diversified market, the current success of the oil and gas industry has provided increased pressure to numerous product types throughout the city.  We are interested to see the true results of the rise in this industry as they are just starting to take place given the recent rebound.  However, overall Fort Worth has emerged as a leading player on a national level when it comes to commercial real estate and we are confident we’re in the early stages of what is to become of this great city.
