Catto & Catto, a risk management firm, leased 22,300 square feet of office space at 106 S. Saint Mary’s St. in San Antonio, TX.
The property known as One Alamo Center is an eight-story, 165,500-square-foot office property constructed in 1981. It is situated at the corners of W. Market St., S. Saint Mary’s St. and E. Commerce St. in the city’s central business district.
The company will relocate from The Court Building at 217 E. Houston St., to occupy the entire eighth floor formerly occupied by both the San Antonio Housing Authority (SAHA) and the law firm of Bracewell & Giuliani.
Carolyn Hinchey Shaw of Stream Realty Partners-Central Texas, L.P. represented the landlord, Klabzuba Properties, an oil-and-gas investment company that also has a hand in non-energy related ventures.
