Class A industrial property offers up to 300,000 square feet in Grand Prairie

DALLAS (January 22, 2019) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream) – a national real estate development, services and investment firm, has broken ground on Grand Lakes I-30, a Class A industrial building totaling 296,615 square feet, designed to accommodate tenants seeking 100,000-300,000 square feet of space.

Located south of Interstate 30 just east of MacArthur Boulevard in Grand Prairie’s business-friendly Pinnacle-Lonestar-Turnpike submarket, Grand Lakes I-30 provides easy access from any location in Dallas-Fort Worth.

“The building’s in-fill location, presence on Interstate 30, modern features, and tremendous access to the highways will be highly sought after by industrial companies,” said Drew Feagin, associate of Stream Realty Partners.

The building is expected to deliver in the third quarter of 2019. Stream Realty Partners will develop, lease, and manage the project, and upon completion, will deliver the property to Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm, who will acquire the property on behalf of an affiliate of the firm.

Stream’s Drew Feagin and Cannon Green, managing director and partner of Stream’s Dallas office, will oversee the leasing of the project. Albert Jarrell, managing director of Stream’s Construction Division will supervise the construction.

“This site is one of two remaining land tracts in the highly successful Grand Lakes Industrial Park. Due to Drew’s presence in the market, we were fortunate to have acquired the site off-market from the prior owner, EFCO, who purchased the land years ago to build their own facility,” said Green. “We are quite bullish on this location.”

Additional partners on the development team working directly with Stream, include Jason Russell of GSR-Andrade Architects, Dan Gallagher of Kimley-Horn, and Ben Bratcher of The Conlan Company.
