Stream Completes Long-Term Lease for Adaptive Training Foundation

Dallas-based Customized Adaptive Training Organization to Operate at New Metroplex Location

DALLAS (April 9, 2018)Stream Realty Partners (Stream) – a national real estate development, services and investment firm, represented Adaptive Training Foundation (ATF), in its new long-term lease for a 17,373-square-foot facility at 4125 Old Denton Road in Carrollton.

The new location, a free-standing former Gold’s Gym, will offer training areas, cardio equipment, weights, locker rooms, saunas and offices.

“We are ecstatic about our new headquarters,” said ATF Founder and CEO David Vobora. “The new space allows us to scale our operations in a significant way. We look forward to impacting veterans and civilians with severe physical disabilities for decades to come.”

ATF’s mission is to restore hope through movement to those with physical impairment, with a focus on veterans, by offering optimization and empowering adaptive athletes to redefine the best versions of themselves. ATF was established to offer individuals customized adaptive training based around their performance goals.

Stream’s Senior Vice President, Todd Noonan represented Adaptive Training Foundation in the transaction. Mushtak Khatri represented the landlord, an affiliate of the Tabani Group, Inc. in the deal.
