Stream Realty Partners (Stream) – a national real estate development, services and investment firm, announced today that Rhett Miller has joined the Dallas office as a Senior Associate with the firm’s Office Leasing Division.
Miller will be initially focused on identifying strategic opportunities for the firm and its 
clients, as well as marketing and leasing commercial properties.
“Rhett is a highly-qualified, experienced and well-respected professional within the industry,” said Stream’s Managing Director, JJ Leonard.
“His relationships and expertise in growing VTS’s national platform, coupled with his experience within the office leasing discipline, make him an excellent fit for Stream. We are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”
Prior to joining Stream, Miller worked at VTS, Inc. where he most recently was the national director of enterprise sales and was part of the industry’s first private to private merger and was selected to an eight-person team to work directly with co-founders to oversee and manage software implementations of high-impact clients and prospects with portfolios greater than 15 million rentable square feet.
During his tenure at VTS, Miller also served as associate director of sales and regional director of sales for the Southeast Region where he expanded VTS’s operations in Georgia, Tennessee and Florida, opening an office in Miami and doubling rentable square feet in Atlanta, Nashville and South Florida.
In addition to his professional experience, Miller is active in the community currently serving a local chapter volunteer for the One Love Foundation, head coach of the Texas Mustangs Youth Lacrosse team, and mentor for Dartmouth Lacrosse Alumni Mentorship Program. A graduate of Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government, Miller previously served as a press intern for US Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.
