Stream Realty Partners (Stream) – a national commercial real estate services, development and investment firm, announces the sale of the Dallas Flex Portfolio, a flex office and industrial portfolio consisting of 18 buildings and approximately 509,000 square feet located in Dallas, Farmers Branch, Irving and Richardson.
Stream’s Investment Sales team of Jamie Jennings, managing director and James Mantzuranis, vice president; and leasing team, Jeremy Kelly, vice president; and Ryan Wolcott, senior associate; represented the seller, Elliott Management and Cienda Partners, in the disposition. The purchaser in the transaction was Entrada Partners, a Los Angeles based investment firm. Entrada has engaged Stream to handle property management and leasing for the portfolio moving forward.
The North Texas industrial market continues to show tremendous growth, ranking No. 2 in the United States with more than six million square feet of industrial real estate absorbed, or leased, in the first quarter of 2017.
