Activity in Northeast Dallas Area Continues to Climb
Stream Realty Partners, a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, brokered the sale of 32,933 square feet of industrial space in Garland.
Emmanuel Holdings sold 17,780 square feet of space on 21.3 acres located at 2801 Wood Dr. in Garland. Matt Dornak, vice president and Ryan Wolcott, senior associate, industrial division of Stream represented the buyer, Kingsley Industrial, LLC.
Rockin’ N Enterprises sold 15,153 square feet at 2765 W. Kingsley Road in Garland. Dornak and Wolcott represented the seller.
“We are seeing a healthy amount of activity in the Northeast Dallas submarket,” said Matt Dornak, vice president, industrial, Stream Realty Partners. “Many tenants are looking to expand or relocate there as the overall market continues to tighten.”
