Charlotte (Feb. 26, 2018) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream) – a national real estate development, services and investment firm, secured leases for three new tenants within the park. Quantum 3 Media (Q3M), a lead generation, customer acquisition, and contact center services firm, recently signed on to lease all of Grove 4, a 15,000 square-foot stand-alone building with the park. Additionally, Empowerment Quality Care Services and Urban Skin Solutions completed leases totaling 14,000 within Grove 1.
As part of the University submarket, The Grove Office Park is a four-building, 260,000 square foot office park located at the intersection of W.T. Harris Boulevard and Mallard Creek Road. With the completion of these recent deals, occupancy in the park increased by 11.5%, with the largest contiguous block of space still available being 53,342 square-feet within Grove 1.

Each company had specific reasons for relocating to The Grove, but all three were drawn to the recent renovations and upgrades completed throughout the park, especially within Grove 1&4,” said Bob Boykin, vice president of Stream Realty Partners.
