Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a Dallas-based full-service real estate investment, development and services company, has secured 10 investment sales in recent months totaling over 2 million square feet and 31 acres of land throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Stream’s investment sales team successfully managed each transaction listed below:
- A single-tenant, 119,000 square foot industrial building located at 8220 Ambassador Row in the South Stemmons industrial submarket of Dallas was sold to Brennan Investment Group. Stream’s Jamie Jennings, James Mantzuranis, Caitlin Clinton and Jason Moser represented the landlord in the sale of the property.
- Two land sites totaling approximately 30 acres near Dallas Love Field, that both contain long term ground leases, were sold to a privately held entity. Stream’s Jamie Jennings, James Mantzuranis, Caitlin Clinton and Jason Moser brokered the sale and represented the seller in the transaction.
- 1920 Elm Street, a 7-story parking garage, located in downtown Dallas was acquired from a private partnership. Jamie Jennings represented Kirtland Realty Group in the acquisition.
- The 39,000 square foot flex industrial property of 310-320 Regal Point Row was sold to a private partnership based in Fort Worth. Stream’s Jamie Jennings, James Mantzuranis, Caitlin Clinton and Jason Moser represented the seller in the transaction.
- A .65-acre land tract located at 4401-4407 West Lovers Lane near Dallas Love Field was sold to a private partnership that plans to construct an office building on the site. Stream’s Jamie Jennings and Mark Hayes represented the seller in the transaction.
- An affiliate of First Industrial sold a 100,000 square foot industrial property located at 3030 Hansboro Avenue in Dallas to an out of state partnership represented by Jonathan Hess with JLH Real Estate Services. - Sandstone Development Partners sold a 77,000 square foot office building located in Waco, Texas, commonly known as Executive Plaza, to a Waco-based private partnership. Stream’s Jamie Jennings and James Mantzuranis represented the seller in the transaction.
- An affiliate of Hudson Advisors sold the McKinney Green Building, a Class-A, LEED Platinum office building in McKinney, Texas, totaling approximately 56,000 square feet to a family office partnership. - An affiliate of First Industrial sold the 5-building Merritt Drive Industrial Portfolio totaling 115,000 square feet located in Garland, Texas.
