ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (May 14, 2018) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, announces the hiring of Mackenzie Ford as Vice President of Stream’s Industrial Division in its Orange County office. Ford will be responsible for leading and expanding Stream’s industrial division and platform throughout Southern California.

“Mackenzie’s leadership, commitment to Stream’s culture, and track record of success makes her the perfect addition to our Southern California team,” said Chris Jackson, regional managing partner for Stream Realty Partners.

Ford’s responsibilities will be to focus on growing Stream’s talent platform, and the overall growth of company’s leasing, tenant representation, building sales, and property management service lines of industrial product throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire.

“It is an exciting time in industrial real estate, and the Inland Empire is continually one of the top performing markets in the U.S. with vacancy declining to market lows – sub five percent, land prices reaching never seen highs, and tenant demand outpacing supply,” said Ford. “The stable activity, along with the large appetite from institutional capital, proves the market fundamentals are strong which made the decision to build Stream’s Southern California platform an easy one. I am eager to bring the Stream culture and service we are known for to our clients and partners throughout the region.”

Ford most recently served as a critical team member of Stream’s Dallas industrial division where she managed the leasing of more than five million square feet of industrial assets for institutional clients such as DRA, Global Logistics Properties, and others. Ford has also held previous positions with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix.

Ford received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University and is an active member in a variety of industry and community organizations including ULI, Ladies in CRE, NAIOP, and The Salvation Army.
