Dallas-based developer Stream Realty Partners is ready to kick off a new two-building office complex project this week that will expand the options for corporate tenants near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
The project, Connection Park, will have its official groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday, which will initially bring a three-and-a-half story, 141,219-square-foot office building to 4851 Regent Blvd. in Irving.
The building will include a half-floor terrace atop the structure for tenant amenities. After the initial building is complete, Stream Realty plans to break ground on a second office building on the 18.3-acre site.
At completion, the office complex will total 319,000 square feet of office space, with a high parking ratio of six parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of space within the property.
