HOUSTON, TX – Feb. 7, 2018 – Stream Realty Partners today announced the firm has leased 18,463 square feet of office space to Greater Houston Community Foundation at 515 Post Oak Boulevard in the Galleria. This transaction brings the 274,583-square-foot Class A office building to 87.8 percent leased.

“We at GHCF are excited about the future and the opportunity to continue to partner with our donors to expand philanthropic impact throughout the Greater Houston area,” said Steve Maislin, President & CEO of the Greater Houston Community Foundation. “We believe our upcoming move to 515 Post Oak is a great next step for us, given the outstanding location, easy parking access, and very high quality of the building itself. We look forward to this exciting next step in our evolution!”

Richard Barbles with Stream represented the landlord, Spear Street Capital, and Greater Houston Community Foundation was represented by Dan Boyles with NAI Partners.

“515 Post Oak provides Greater Houston Community Foundation not only an ideal location, but the opportunity for growth as they continue making a significant impact on the Houston community,” said Barbles. “The proximity to the Galleria area and major thoroughfares is key for this tenant.”

Acquired by Spear Street Capital in January 2017, 515 Post Oak Boulevard represents a unique opportunity to office in the Galleria, one of Houston’s most sought-after Inner Loop submarkets with convenient access to the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Spear Street Capital is currently adding additional amenities to the building, including an upgraded deli and tenant lounge, which is expected for completion in early 2018.
