DALLAS–Stream Realty Partners has announced that it has recently been awarded leasing responsibilities for Richardson Office Center I and II, a 240,000-square-foot combined class A property located in the 3000 block of East President George Bush Freeway.
“The amount of quality big-blocks in Richardson is diminishing but demand remains strong,” Tommy Nelson, vice president at Stream, told GlobeSt.com. “Our efficient floor plate and heavy parking ratio are what tenants are looking for.”
Built in 1998, the buildings were awarded the Energy Star label from 2010 -2013 and feature a favorable 6 to 1,000 parking ratio.
