Adam Green is an experienced real estate professional with over eleven years of experience in industrial commercial real estate. Adam serves as Executive Vice President for Stream Austin’s industrial division, overseeing Austin operations and national markets. He is responsible for strategic negotiations and planning for his clients and oversees Austin industrial tenant representation team. Throughout his 11-year career with Stream, Adam has played a pivotal role in building the firm’s industrial platform and has successfully completed over 800 client transactions with a total deal volume north of $1.2 Billion.
Adam specializes in the representation of tenants, including customers in the Fortune 500. Starting his career as a leasing expert has equated to priceless relationships with institutional decision makers giving him a distinct advantage in the markets he covers. His clients value his tenacious work ethic and knowledge of the Austin and National industrial market as well as his ability to consistently engineer successful real estate solutions.
Adam has also been instrumental in growing the Austin industrial leasing portfolio, which is currently over 14 million square feet. Representing many of the top institutional real estate owners in the country – AEW, Agellan Capital Partners, Bridge Logistics Properties, Clarion Partners, Dalfen Industrial, DRA Advisors, DWS, EastGroup Properties, and Link Logistics – Adam knows how to get transactions done for his clients.
