Professional Experience
Carl Brady is the Vice President of Security and Compliance. Carl joined Stream in 1999 with 16 years experience in commercial property management and information technology. Since then, and also while serving as a Senior Property Manager, he has called upon his experience to implement numerous advances in technology for the firm during its growth. His unique experience in technology, property management and other aspects of the real estate industry, coupled with his education, enable him to provide an exceptional level of insight and vision toward Stream’s security and compliance needs for today and the future.
Prior to joining Stream Realty, Carl was employed with Trammell Crow Company as a Property Manager. He also served as a Security and Life Safety Manager and Area Security Manager for TCC, with oversight of over 160 employees and over three million square feet of commercial office space.
