Danielle Rountree began her career in commercial property management 12 years ago after graduating from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 2005. Her first role was with Pillar Commercial, a local Dallas-based owner operator. For the next 7 years, Danielle worked her way up from Asst. Property Manager to Senior Property Manager, in which she led the property management department in addition to managing 1.2 million square feet of office product. Her greatest experience came from managing the former Ericsson campus, located at 2201 Lakeside Blvd. in Richardson, TX. In an effort to further grow her career, Danielle joined Stream Realty in 2013. She managed a boutique office tower located in the Uptown Dallas District for the client Heitman, along with another office building in the Communications Corridor of Richardson for Trigate Capital. In 2014, Danielle relocated to manage a large corporate campus in Irving/Las Colinas for a new client, GI Partners. Stream’s relationship with that client continued to grow and in 2016 they purchased a 4 building campus, located by University of Texas at Dallas. Danielle was promoted to Senior Property Manager at that point and expanded her team to oversee 1.2 million SF of Class A office product. Then at the beginning of 2017, Danielle was promoted to Vice President of Property Management, which allowed her to lead multiple property teams and serve as the daily go-to for other Property Managers. Clients that her team serves include: GI Partners, Principal Life Insurance Company, DRA, and Tailwind Advisors.
Danielle is dedicated to providing paramount service to tenants, clients, and her peers, while supporting her operations team to add value to her property. Her strengths include leading and developing teams, maximizing efficiency, a strong knowledge of building systems, financial awareness, and communication. She currently serves on the BOMA Dallas Education Committee and is actively pursuing her CCIM designation. Danielle obtained her real estate salesman license in 2005, achieved her RPA designation in 2011, and CDCMP designation in 2017. Outside of work, Danielle co-leads a home group at The Village Church that is always looking for ways to serve their community, is a mentor with 4 Word Women, always stays entertained by her hilarious husband Steven Rountree, and is mommy to the amazing 3 year old London.
