Professional Experience
Mark Hayes serves as a Senior Director of Stream’s Industrial Development Services division. In this role, Mark is responsible for sourcing and executing industrial development opportunities in Dallas-Fort Worth.
Prior to joining Stream, Mark spent three years at Bandera Ventures and three years at Hill Partners Real Estate Services and Investments. He was responsible for leasing, land acquisitions, and development in these roles. During this time, Hayes was involved with over five million square feet of development, 250 acres of land acquisitions, and two million square feet of leasing.
Before his tenure at Hill Partners, Hayes began his career as a member of Stream’s DFW Office Team. Additionally, Mark served for over six years in the US Navy as a member of SEAL Team Seven.
