Morgan Adams serves as an Associate within Stream Realty Partners’ Transaction Specialist Group in the Greater Los Angeles office. Morgan specializes in helping buyers, sellers, building owners and tenants develop strategies for investments, renewals, highly-profitable transactions and relocations throughout Southern California.
Morgan’s primary objective is to help her clients with exceptional consulting services, strategic planning, financial analysis, transaction management and lease negotiations. She strives to provide an unparalleled service to all of her clients and thoroughly enjoys cultivating relationships.
Morgan is a proud alumni of the University of Alabama, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the Culverhouse College of Business. In her free time Morgan enjoys being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
