Paul Moser

Paul has successfully managed the company’s portfolio of mission-critical investments along with its tenured data center development practice since purchasing Stream’s first data centers in 1999. His guidance has contributed to the company’s expansion of multiple product and service lines, along with the acquisition and development of its national data center portfolio.

Drawing upon his strong background in accounting and finance, Paul brings an analytical perspective to each new opportunity as he shapes the strategic direction of the company and establishes operational strongholds in key markets for leading enterprise companies and cloud innovators.

Prior to co-founding Stream Data Centers, Paul enjoyed a successful career with Stream Realty Partners, the full-service commercial real estate company of which Stream Data Centers is a subsidiary. Today, the combined Stream portfolio of 270+ million square feet of leased and managed commercial properties, $5.8 billion in transactions, and 1,200+ real estate professionals make Stream one of the most successful real estate firms in the country.

Paul is an alumnus of Texas A&M University and is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM.)
