Professional Experience
Sarah is currently a Vice President of Property Management and is based at Four Penn Center, a 20-story class A office building in Center City, Philadelphia. With a mix of office and retail space, Four Penn Center is connected to Suburban Station via the below-grade concourse. Sarah oversees day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and capital and tenant improvements.
Sarah joined Stream Realty Partners in 2011 as Assistant Property Manager at The Tower at Cityplace, a 1.3 million-square-foot, 42-story, Class A office tower in Uptown Dallas. She assisted the General Manager in tenant retention, accounting functions, and day-to-day operations.
She is currently pursuing the Real Property Administrator designation from BOMI.
