Scott Bellizzi joined Stream Realty Partners in 2014 and serves as a Vice President within its Southern California office. In this position he focuses on the representation of Tenants and Landlords in leasing, acquisition and disposition of commercial office properties.

Scott focuses his business practice on Class A, Class B office and R&D Flex Tenants and Landlords throughout Southern California. He specialize in high-value, time-sensitive transactions for a wide array of professional service firms that include the legal, financial, technology, healthcare, life science and semiconductor industries in addition to institutions, pensions funds, REIT's and private investors. Scott is an expert at identifying locations that fit his clients operational, financial and qualitative requirements as well as rebranding, repositioning and leasing office and R&D Flex properties. He consistently negotiates superior economic lease terms for his clients.

Scott’s analytical approach to brokerage helps him to forecast market trends so he can provide his clients with cutting edge advice to benchmark their next real estate transaction and drive the market.

He takes a tremendous amount of pride in developing long lasting business relationships and adding value to every commercial real estate transaction.

Before joining Stream Realty, Scott was a principal at Lee & Associates in Newport Beach, where he represented some of Orange County’s most prominent tenants, including Conexant Systems, Turner Construction, Balfour Beatty Construction and Hart | King, LLP. His local market knowledge combined with his extensive industry experience makes Scott one of Orange County’s most trusted commercial real estate experts. Scott earned a degree in public administration and urban studies at San Diego State University, and relocated to Orange County shortly thereafter. Scott currently resides in Irvine, where he is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County.

In his free time, Scott enjoys playing amateur baseball in the SoCal MSBL league, going to country music concerts, trying new restaurants and spending time with his family.
