Will Nichols is the Executive Managing Director & Partner at Stream Austin, where he leads the strategic direction as well as all operations of the office. Will’s responsibilities include growing the services portfolio, recruiting new talent, and building Stream’s brand presence in the market. With his 20 years in the real estate business, as well as his strong ties to the community, Will is an invaluable asset to the growth and continued success of the Austin office. Under his leadership, the Austin office has continually been recognized as a “Best Place to Work” by the Austin Business Journal.
Since joining Stream in 2006, Will has been directly responsible for helping grow the industrial leasing and management portfolio to where it is today. Stream’s industrial portfolio is now the largest in Austin. He has closed over 1,000 transactions in agency accounts, investment sales, and tenant representation. Will has been successful in negotiating transactions and cultivating relationships in all the major markets in Texas as well as several across the country.
Will is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys traveling, supporting the Longhorns, and spending time with his family.
