Dynamic leader needed for growing property management portfolio in Dallas-Fort Worth market.  This role will oversee a significant office portfolio or major property in Dallas.  Working with Managing Director of Property Management, the Property Manager will serve as point person on third party relations and managing all functions pertaining to building portfolio; including providing tenant support, budgeting, and management of daily property operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering Architecture, Planning or related field
  • 5+ years property management experience with significant supervisory responsibility
  • CPM, RPA designation (or in progress)
  • Detail oriented, analytical and computer literate
  • Strong communication skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Supervise Property Managers and/or on-site staff
  • Resolve leasing/property management issues
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the business unit
  • Maintain personal contact with owners

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Authorize vendor contracts
  • Perform various personnel functions including staffing and employee development
  • Review and approve operating and capital budgets
  • Conduct routine property inspections to prevent/identify problems
  • Coordinate real estate tax review process for properties
  • Ensure adherence to owners’ policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives
  • Assure optimal functioning of building and security systems
  • Establish AR/AP guidelines, track performance and monitor recovery process
  • Maintain personal contact with owners
  • Monitor lease expirations
  • Ensure monthly reporting according to owner's needs
