QUALIFICATIONS

Brokerage Analysts receive an introduction to the firm's business units as well as real estate, finance, and sales instruction by senior professionals.   In addition, our Brokerage Analysts have the opportunity to develop lasting relationships with Stream leaders and senior client executives. Primary responsibilities for Brokerage Analysts include:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or real estate; excellent academic credentials preferred
  • Smart, honest, nice, and passionate individuals
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Must handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and establish priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be proactive, confident, and a self-starter
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain prospect databases for new markets
  • Perform complex financial analysis in real estate transactions
  • Participate in developing and delivering presentations
  • Assist in communication with clients via verbal and written updates and reports
  • Research real estate transactions
  • Assist in other related duties as assigned
