The position will support the Southern California Regional Office to ensure that all employees and clients receive the very best culture experience at Stream.

The position will be responsible for the front-desk management of the office, answer all incoming phone calls, be the first point of contact by greeting all  visitors & clients, create a welcome atmosphere, and develop efficiencies and processes to ensure first-class service to Stream clients and employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years preferred experience in a Receptionist level role
  • Administrative duties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Mathematical aptitude
  • Typing skills 30+wpm and 10-key by touch
  • Previous administrative or office management experience
  • Experience in property management or a similar related industry a plus
  • Property scheduling and communication with tenants and vendors
  • Answer telephone and screen calls for appropriate personnel; write up messages and deliver messages to personnel or voice mail; greet guests and notify personnel of incoming visitors; accept deliveries/packages
  • Filing as necessary; create Vendor Files, maintain Certificates of Insurance for vendors/tenants
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Must be able to grasp, seize, hold and turn objects, reach at, above or below shoulder level to retrieve or utilize materials, pull, push, open and close file drawers, cabinets or office doors, squat, lift and carry up to 25 pounds, general housekeeping, unloading, stocking

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for front desk operations
  • Cover reception duties and provide leadership on phone coverage and training backup assistance.
  • Other job duties as needed; including but not limited to supporting Southern California Property Management team
