Each transaction specialist works at times as part of a team and at other times individually on various assignments, learning from successful senior level real estate professionals.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrable success in high level sales production
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Real Estate and excellent academic credentials preferred
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
  • Work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
  • Multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
  • Understanding of real estate fundamentals
  • Real Estate Salesperson License required


Transaction Specialists receive an introduction to the firm's business units as well as real estate, finance, and sales instruction by senior professionals. In addition, our team fosters the development of lasting relationships with Stream leaders and senior client executives.


  • New Business Development and Lead Generation through cold-calling program
  • Convert leads into meetings and new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain prospect/ownership databases for market
  • Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and real estate needs
  • Participate in team meetings and weekly sales meetings for status updates on leasing activity, market information, new business generating efforts, prospects and market knowledge and trends
  • Actively engaged and participate with other real estate professionals and industry specific organizations
