Professional Experience
Chad Dixon serves as a Vice President within Stream’s Greater Los Angeles office. He works within the retail investment division, acting in an advisory capacity for both buyers and sellers. Chad brings both an entrepreneurial and analytical mindset to all transactions, maximizing value for clients.
Prior to joining Stream, Chad served as a Financial Analyst at Colliers International where he underwrote over eight million square feet of retail investments. Additionally, he has experience in construction sales and project management, where he oversaw the distribution of electrical supplies for new developments.
Chad earned both his Bachelor’s and Master of Finance Degree from Ohio State University. He is an active member of ICSC and a regular attendee of various real estate organizations, including ULI, CREW, and NAIOP.
