Professional Experience
Kathy Carter joined Stream Realty in 2018 and currently serves as Vice President of Property Management. She brings with her over 16 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in industrial. In this role, Kathy will be responsible for overseeing Stream San Antonio’s industrial portfolio, totaling just over 3.7 million square feet.
Kathy has extensive experience in building operations, business development, strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, staff development, tenant improvements and construction with a vast knowledge in the management of Class-A high-rise, historic and suburban office, and retail properties in markets across the country, including Indiana, Florida and Texas.
Prior to Stream, Kathy worked for companies such as, Park Place in Indiana, Colliers International, Cite Partners and Holt Lunsford in Houston, TX. Her leadership, dedication and team-first mentality provide an invaluable asset to the Stream platform. Her commitment to her client’s success is evident in the performance of her properties and the personal relationship she has with her owners, tenants, and service providers.
