Professional Experience
Rhett Miller joined Stream in 2018 and serves as Managing Director and Co-Lead for the Dallas Office Leasing team. Rhett is primarily responsible for supporting and implementing innovative and creative business development solutions that deliver best-in-class results for the firm and its clients, while strategically accelerating the growth of the Office Leasing team’s Dallas portfolio. Rhett has twelve years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is currently responsible for leasing and marketing 3.8 million square feet of rentable commercial properties.
Additionally, Rhett is one of the original members of Stream’s Ambassador Program, an elite organization focused on advancing the firm’s national, office profile. Personifying the core values of Stream, the Ambassadors are essential to Stream’s national office platform serving as exemplary leaders in their expertise, insights, and collaboration efforts.
Prior to joining Stream, Rhett worked at VTS, Inc. where he most recently was the National Director of Enterprise Sales and was part of the industry’s first private to private merger. His eight-person team oversaw and managed software implementations of high-impact clients and prospects with portfolios greater than 15 million rentable square feet. During his tenure at VTS, Rhett also served as Associate Director of Sales and Regional Director of Sales for the Southeast Region where he expanded VTS’s operations in Georgia, Tennessee and Florida, opening an office in Miami and doubling rentable square feet in Atlanta, Nashville and South Florida.
Additionally, Rhett spent two years as an Associate within Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York City office where he focused on office leasing and tenant rep. Rhett earned his Master of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he received a BA in Government and Foreign Policy. He is a Dallas native where he attended ESD, and enjoys coaching, fishing, golfing, and volunteering.
