Professional Experience
Scott Ferguson joined Stream in 2017 and serves as a Vice President for the firm’s office division in San Antonio. Scott is an expert in procuring and closing leasing transactions, tenant representation, and identifying strategic investment opportunities.
His extensive knowledge of the market and skillful handling of complex transactions have established him as a top performer in San Antonio. Throughout his career, he closed over $150 million in real estate transactions and currently leases over 1,000,000 SF of office space for clients, including EQ Office, Weston Urban, Boyd Watterson, Brookwood Financial, Sirell Properties, Buchanan Street Partners, and others.
Scott is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), participating in the Young Leaders, Local Member Council, and Mentorship programs. Prior to joining Stream, Scott spent six consecutive years in Washington, D.C., working on Capitol Hill. His experience in the political arena has honed his communication skills, which he applies to his real estate career, making him an effective negotiator and advocate for his clients.
