Tech firm takes big space at Stream’s Platinum Park in Plano

Technology firm BroadSoft Inc. has decided to move its North Texas regional office to a recently completed office building at Platinum Park in Plano.

The Maryland-based tech firm has leased 35,736 square feet of new office space, or an entire floor, within Platinum Park’s Building One at 6000 Tennyson Parkway in Plano.

This will be the first office tenant in Platinum Park, which was recently completed by Dallas-based Stream Realty Partners in Plano’s popular Legacy Business Park.

Stream Realty recently completed the building’s amenity package, which was instrumental in BroadSoft’s decision to move to Platinum Park, said Matt Wieser, an executive vice president at Stream Realty.

Wieser and Ryan Evanich of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord in the deal. Granville Jenkins of Irving-based Swearingen represented BroadSoft in its real estate search.

Stream Realty developed, manages and leases Platinum Park, which is a master-planned 14-acre office complex at the southwest corner of Tennyson Parkway and the Dallas North Tollway.
