In response to COVID-19, Stream’s leadership is meeting regularly to review the evolving situation and current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We are closely monitoring the situation, relying upon the CDC and WHO to guide our response protocols, actively taking measures to protect the health and well-being of tenants, visitors and staff within your properties.
Please be assured that Stream’s Business Continuity Plan and Emergency Response Plan will provide for continuous staffing and operational coverage at your managed and leased properties throughout this health crisis—providing timely support and organized communication to all personnel, tenants, vendors, and clients, to keep them informed of COVID-19 related issues or incidents and the actions being taken to keep them safe and secure.
Stream Safety
As we continue to better understand how to slow the spread of COVID-19, we want to do everything we can to keep our employees, tenants, clients and our local communities safe. With that in mind, we have implemented a plan to have all non-essential employees work remotely until further notice. All essential employees, defined as those critical to keeping the buildings we manage operational, are not a part of this program and are keeping in constant communication internally as well as with clients and with tenants to ensure continuity, service and safety.

We will continue to provide you with the highest level of service—maintaining a laser focus on critical tasks so that we can deliver on our commitments without disruption–remaining a steadfast partner: available, proactive and consistent. As this situation changes, our plans will follow suit and will be communicated to you.
