SAN DIEGO, Calif. (November 30, 2018) – Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a full-service national real estate investment, development and services company, announces the hiring of David Howorka as Vice President within Stream’s San Diego Transaction Specialist Group. Howorka will be responsible for expanding Stream’s leasing platform, as well as focusing on tenant and landlord representation, acquisition/disposition and development services. He comes to Stream with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience.

Initially, Howorka will be focusing on growing Stream’s leasing platform and portfolio in the San Diego market. David will be responsible for exemplifying Stream’s culture of Nice, Smart, Honest and Passionate by building relationships with landlords and occupiers and assisting them with their commercial real estate leasing needs.

Howorka is a real estate veteran, having previously served as the Vice President/Managing Broker responsible for leasing more than 3 million square feet of industrial, office and retail properties for Prime Group Realty Trust (NYSE: PGE) in Chicago. Additionally, he has coordinated build-to-suit activity for more than 200 acres of land for companies such as Masco Corporation, Kraft Foods, Wrigley Company and Hyundai America.
Prior to joining Stream, David served as a Director-West Region for Energy Management Inc., an international sustainable energy provider focused on solar solutions for commercial property owners. In this role, Howorka led the expansion within the Western US, Canada and Mexico. Prior to that, he oversaw the development and sales efforts for RealView LLC, a commercial real estate software solutions provider that assisted emergency responders with critical real estate data.
