Professional Experience
Alicia began her property management career in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant at Equity Office Properties in Petaluma, California. She then moved to Simons & Woodard Inc., a small property management and architecture firm with a long history and excellent reputation in Santa Rosa, California. Her knowledge and expertise increased dramatically over the next 10 years as she assisted in the management of an average of 680,000 SF of Class A office, retail, medical, and industrial properties.
After relocating to Austin, Texas in 2017, Alicia first worked at HPI, then joined Stream Realty Partners in August 2018 as an Assistant Property Manager. Effective January 1, 2022, she was promoted to Property Manager. Her years of experience in commercial real estate management, broad industry knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills have made her an asset to the property management team and a trusted resource for her tenants. Alicia’s current portfolio includes 370,000 square feet of office, retail, and industrial space in Austin. Alicia is a Texas Notary Public and is looking forward to a long career at Stream Realty Partners.
