Senior Property Manager

Amy Brey joined the Stream Atlanta office in November 2018 as the Senior Property Manager at Regions Plaza in Midtown overseeing all daily operations, financials and tenant relations. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Sports Administration from Georgia State University and is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia and is LEED Green Associate accredited.

Most recently, Amy worked at JLL for 4 years as the Assistant General Manager at Glenridge Highlands One and 211/211/219 Perimeter Center Parkway and then took on 6200 The Corners Parkway. She then was promoted to General Manager and oversaw the operations at 211/219/223 Perimeter Center Parkway and 6200 The Corners Parkway. She worked closely with the asset managers and managed daily operations, financials and tenant relations. Amy was involved in Young Guns and Skip Level at JLL which are acceptance only programs.

Previously, Amy worked at Regent Partners, LLC, a real estate development firm, for 10 years and held various positions. She started her training in property and asset management, with an emphasis on client services and value creation. She quickly transitioned into the Office and Development organization where her focus was on portfolio disposition, leasing, marketing and ground-up development including 3344 Peachtree/Sovereign. Amy also was on point for third party client work, such as Delta Community Credit Union’s 3250 Riverwood Building from the land sale to leasing of the building.

Amy has been an active member of CoreNet Global, serving in a role that was integral to the planning committee for the Annual National Summit, hosted in Atlanta in October 2007. She served on the CoreNet Atlanta Chapter board for the last 8 years in various Committee Chair roles, including Young Leaders and Membership and most recently Co-Chair of Sponsorship. She completed the Leadership North Fulton program in May 2008 which included conceptualizing, creating and implementing a community-based project and also served on the Board.
