Professional Experience
Bill Baker joined Stream in 2022 as a General Manager in Atlanta overseeing the Asana Partners Portfolio. He currently provides guidance and support to the property management teams overseeing Asana’s 1.2 million-square-foot portfolio comprised of 38 properties and nearly 400 tenants. With 25+ years of general management experience, Bill establishes and further expands partnerships with local business organizations, municipalities, and law enforcement to further enrich communities.
Prior to joining Stream, Bill served as a Senior General Manager for the Perimeter Mall, owned by Brookfield Properties, where he managed a $30 million refresh project for the 1.65-million-square-foot property. Additionally, Bill served as Vice President and Regional Manager for Colonial Properties Trust and Vice President and General Manager for The Rouse Company.
Bill has held leadership positions for the local Chamber of Commerce, Convention & Visitors Bureau, and various community improvement organizations. He currently holds a CSM certification.
An avid outdoorsman, Bill enjoys gardening, water skiing, and snow skiing.
