Brian Medricka joined Stream Realty Partners in October 2021 as National Director of Communications, Public & Media Relations. As a member of the National Marketing team, Brian is responsible for developing, executing, and amplifying communications strategies that showcase the company’s unique market-leading platform, talent, and thought leadership in the commercial real estate industry. Brian’s combined 26 years of experience in print media and digital marketing provide him with a strong foundation for the role.

Brian began his professional career as a journalist, serving as a writer, copy editor, page designer, and managing editor for four different newspapers in Louisiana, Texas, and California. He moved to Dallas to work for a locally owned digital marketing agency, where he led a team of writers and editors who strategized and implemented omnichannel content marketing and communications plans for national and international clients in verticals including hospitality, senior living, banking, and rental housing.
