Professional Experience
Caitlin Ruja joined Stream as a Property Assistant in 2020 and shortly after was promoted to an Assistant Property Manager in 2021 and then promoted to her current position as a Property Manager in 2022. She currently manages more than 2.3 million square feet of office and industrial space across Fort Worth. Caitlin’s day-to-day responsibilities include managing tenant requests, projects, budgets, audits, and building issues. Her hands-on approach ensures tenants receive outstanding and dependable customer service and proactive communication.
Prior to joining Stream, Caitlin worked as a Leasing Agent in residential for several years.
Outside of work, Caitlin loves to spend time with her family and her new German Shepherd puppy.
