Caitlyn Ryan is a Senior Vice President at Stream Realty Partners. She is a member of the investment management team. Her responsibilities include sourcing and executing new development and acquisition projects. ​Previously at Stream, she was involved in principal underwriting for office and industrial product.

Prior to joining Stream Realty, Caitlyn assisted with Alex Brown Realty’s Investments and Portfolio Management teams in Baltimore, Maryland. Caitlyn’s experience includes financial analysis, industrial and office acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and real estate investment trust valuations.
