Carlton Johnson is a Senior Vice President with Stream’s Investment Management (“IM”) platform, which currently manages five opportunistic comingled discretionary funds and separate account mandates totaling over $1.7 Billion of equity.

Carlton is the Portfolio Manager for Stream Deals Fund III, Stream’s co-investment vehicle for its three opportunistic discretionary funds as well as strategic direct investments. Carlton also provides leadership in the areas of capital raising, partner relations and reporting; process and operational improvement; as well as quality assurance and documentation of best practices.

Additionally, Carlton is a member of Stream’s ESG Committee and is actively engaged in organizational initiatives associated with environmental impact and sustainability, as well as crafting Stream’s Sustainable Investment Policy.

Prior to joining Stream, Carlton worked for Macfarlan Capital Partners, L&B Realty Advisors, Clarion Partners, and JPI Partners. Carlton has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, comprised of capital sourcing and investor relations, portfolio and asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, and structured financings in all property sectors including hospitality. Carlton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance degree from Texas A&M University, Mays Business School.

Outside the office Carlton enjoys spending time outdoors with his family as well as traveling, learning about and drinking wine.
