Professional Experience
Casey Polmanski joined Stream Realty Partners in September of 2019 in the role of Senior Construction Project Manager. He brings 25+ years of industry experience that combines construction project management, real estate and facility management.
Prior to joining Stream Realty , he served in various industustry roles including Director of Facility Management with Coldwell Banker NRT where he was responsible for the site aquisition, construction and property management of 72 offices throughout the Great Lakes Regions. He also served as an Associate Director of Retail Real Estate at Verizon Wireless where he and his team were responsible for the site aquisition and lease renewal and disposition for over 500 active lease locations throughout the Midwest Region. He was also Senior Project Manager at Woodrow Development where he managed various industrial, office and medical construction projects throughout the greater Chicagoland area.
