Dov J. Clayton joined Stream in 2015 as Controller for Project Accounting in the Dallas office and currently is a Vice President. He oversees a group of professional accountants responsible for delivering financials to strategic clients including Clarion Partners and Industrial Properties Trust. The group’s primary focus is to provide clients with superior customer service during all phases of the property management assignment. This includes timely, accurate reporting and adaptability to client-specific needs.

Prior to joining Stream Dov spent ten years managing accounting groups in the areas of commercial, multi-family and single family property management. Most recently Dov served as Regional Controller for Invitation Homes, a nine billion dollar company owned by Blackstone and before that as Accounting Manager for Riverstone Residential Group and CB Richard Ellis.
