Professional Experience
Dylan Spencer joined Stream in June 2024 as an Analyst with the Office Tenant Representation division in Dallas. She focuses on market knowledge, industry trends, and analytical models. Her responsibilities include developing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Prior to joining Stream, Dylan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University. She has prior intern experience from CBRE Austin in the Office Tenant Representation and Investment Sales divisions. In her free time, Dylan enjoys being with her family in Austin, spending time with friends, cooking, and working out.
