Gannon O’Brien

Gannon O’Brien joined Stream in 2024 as Vice President, Office Property Management. As part of the Office PM leadership team, his responsibilities include overseeing building operations and the financial performance of Stream’s existing management portfolio and supporting the growth of Stream’s property management platform in the Chicago Market. In this role, Gannon interfaces with asset management, leasing, property management and construction management personnel on all relevant aspects of a property to ensure clear and consistent communication between all departments to meet ownership objectives.

Prior to joining Stream, Gannon worked for Zeller for over 6 years, most recently as Vice President/General Manager of 311 S. Wacker Drive, where he was directly responsible for the financial and operational performance of the 1.3M+ square foot office property. Before joining Zeller, Gannon worked for MB Real Estate where he held property management positions at 205/225 N. Michigan Avenue and 55 W. Wacker Drive.
