Gemma Buchanan

Gemma Buchanan is a Property Manager with the Property Management division in Stream’s Houston office. In this role, she represents commercial office tenants and one retail tenant. Gemma’s focus includes enhancing tenant relationships, overseeing all building projects and developing team members.

Prior to joining Stream, Gemma worked as a Real Estate Manager for Brookfield Properties operated by CBRE. With 14 years of property management experience, she has held various property management roles at four downtown, Class A properties, each over 1 million square feet.
