Grayson Hughes joined Stream Realty Partners in 2021, serving as a Director in the Industrial Development Services team in the Dallas office. Having managed over 13M SF of industrial and office projects, Grayson is talented and well-positioned to manage entitlements and construction projects in the central region including Texas and Colorado.

Before joining Stream, Grayson worked as a civil engineering consultant, team leader, and office leader. Grayson’s experience includes feasibility and site selection, due diligence, entitlement, zoning, permitting, and construction administration, with a focus on office and industrial assets.
