Professional Experience
Jaclyn serves as a Senior Associate for the firm’s office division in Northern Virginia. In her role, she primarily focuses on agency leasing and tenant representation. Jaclyn’s experience working with landlords and tenants allows her to thoroughly understand both sides of a real estate transaction. Her team represents a more than 5 million-square-foot portfolio of Class A and Trophy office properties in the Northern Virginia market. She has represented and worked directly with Real Estate Investment Trusts, Pension Funds, Private Investors, and various other stakeholders supporting her proficiency in navigating the complexities of the real estate market.
Prior to joining Stream in the spring of 2022, Jaclyn worked as an associate within CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group. She specialized in the D.C. Metro area with a concentration on Northern Virginia, where she was responsible for the development and growth of new business. Her dedication to delivering exceptional results is evident throughout her career, making her a trusted and accomplished professional in the real estate industry.
